**LONDON MARATHON RUNNER UPDATE.. PLEASE DONATE **
I’m on a rest week this week so no great miles being done. Maybe a couple of 3 milers to keep ticking over or a quick spin on the bike.
I’ve had my next 4 week trading plan through which sees the miles gradually building. By the end of this block I will have run the furthest I have ever run, 14 miles – there are obviously many more of those milestones to come too!
The time spent on the road will really start to build now too. Working around the children can prove sometimes difficult, but their support encourages me. I’ve also got to work out some routes so don’t fall short of the distances.
So for the time being I’m just going to enjoy the rest and look forward to the challenges ahead. As the saying goes, winter miles = spring smiles!!
